Paper Submission
Please submit your paper as an PDF File of 5 MB or less via mail. Please note if you prefer a oral or poster presentation, we will accommodate your wish if possible.

Presentation Guidelines
All contributions must be presented in person, either as an oral or poster presentation.
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will be 10 minutes followed by a 5-minute timeslot for discussion. Please note that about 10 slides are typically sufficient for a 10 minute presentation. The presentation slides should be in 16:10 format and have to be prepared in either Powerpoint or PDF format.
Please make sure that you hand over your presentation to the session chair before the corresponding session begins. You can bring your presentation on a USB Drive.
Poster Presentations
The posters are presented during dedicated poster sessions. We will provide poster walls and fixing material. The posters should be attached to the poster wall during the registration time slot at Monday between 8 – 9. The size of the poster should not exceed A0 (84,1 x 118,9 cm) in vertical/portrait orientation, not landscape (cf. example in the picture).
Additionally, each poster has to be presented during a short one-minute poster pitch presentation either on Monday or Tuesday morning. Please send a single slide in 16:10 format to eit2023@hia.rwth-aachen.de in PDF format before the conference by June 5th 2023 at the latest.
